Phraser is an educational mobile application designed to help users learn English phrasal verbs through structured lessons, progress tracking, and vocabulary management tools.

The application is intended for personal, non-commercial educational use. No account registration is required to use its core features.

You may use Phraser solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the application or its content without permission

• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application

All content within Phraser, including but not limited to educational content, text, graphics, logos, and the application code, is the property of Phraser and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the application or its content beyond the limited right to use it as described herein.

Third-Party Services

Phraser integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms and policies:

• Google AdMob — used to display advertisements
• Firebase Crashlytics — used for crash reporting and app stability monitoring

Phraser is not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Phraser is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the educational content for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Phraser and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application.
